If the Korean characters in the pop up-window for the credit card process cannot be recognized, it is due to your settings related to the language for the non-Unicode program.
Language for the non-Unicode program needs to be set to Korean in order to recognize Korean characters in the credit card processing pop-up window. Please go to Control Panel ➡ Clock, Language, and Region ➡Region and Language ➡Change Location.
Select “Change System Locale” and choose “Korean” for “Current System Locale”. This will allow you to see Korean characters in the pop-up window for the credit card processing.
